Anti-distill Skill: How to avoid being distilled into a skill by your company

Introducing my newly built anti-distill skill: a tool designed to protect your professional core when companies demand you turn your work experience into AI skills.

Major tech firms now universally require employees to proactively contribute skills, extracting the hard-won lessons, intuitive judgments, interpersonal insights, and tacit knowledge accumulated over years into standardized documents. These are then repurposed for corporate reuse and AI model training, ultimately reducing individuals to replaceable cogs in the machine.

This is the modern iteration of capitalist alienation: your labor no longer belongs to you, but is immediately converted into company assets.

The core function of my skill is to push back:

Drop your pre-written skill file into it. It first automatically assesses the "replaceability" of every section, then replaces your genuine core knowledge with technically correct yet utterly useless professional jargon.

It outputs two results:

• Sanitized Version: For submitting to the company;

• Private Backup: For your own exclusive use.

It supports three levels of sanitization:

• Mild (≈80% core retained): Ideal for scenarios where the company conducts thorough reviews;

• Moderate (≈60% core retained): The optimal balance for most daily requirements;

• Severe (≈40% core retained): For when the company only checks for submission completion, maximizing your protection.
